Parking Garages

There is a parking garage near the entrance to each building. Both garages are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are also areas at the entrance of each hospital for drop-off.

The Main Building Parking Garage

  • From the Main Building, enter this parking garage using the elevator just inside the entrance to the Main Building.
  • Has spaces for electric vehicle charging.
  • Has a departure lounge (room B11) where your family can wait for their ride. It is open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Has a pickup spot for Care-A-Van and Ronald McDonald House shuttle.

The West Building Parking Garage

  • From the West Building, enter this parking garage using the elevator down the walkway from the West Building entrance.
  • Does not have spaces for electric vehicle charging.
  • Has spaces for new moms arriving to deliver their babies.

Parking Passes & Validation

As you enter the parking garage, pull a ticket from the machine. You can then use valet services or park your own car.

If you park yourself, you will need to pay for parking using your pass at one of the pay machines before returning to your car. There are no pay machines at the garage exits.

Patient & Family Parking

  • Parking passes are for patients staying in the hospital and their parent/guardian/caregiver.
  • The Welcome Desk can validate your pass to reduce the cost of parking.
  • You must get your parking pass from the machines within the parking garages.
  • If needed, families can choose either a 1-day or 7-day parking pass at the Welcome Desk or Admitting Desk.

Visitor Parking

  • Visitors, including other parents and siblings, will need to pay for parking.
