Resources for Nursing Mothers

Breastfeeding Guidance and Support

To help you meet your personal breastfeeding goals, we provide care, education, and support. We strongly recommend breast milk as the ideal nutrition for newborns. We also know that while breastfeeding is natural, it is not always easy, and each mother has a unique situation. Our highly trained staff works with you to provide personalized support to meet your individual goals and needs.

Lactation Support and Services

Before birth. We recommend you take a breastfeeding class before your baby is born. These classes usually make breastfeeding easier once the baby comes. Expecting mothers are welcome to call us with questions.

In the hospital. All our doctors, maternity nurses, and board-certified lactation consultants are highly trained and available to help support you in breastfeeding. Breastfeeding classes are taught by our International Board-Certified lactation consultants and are held daily in the Maternity Unit to provide focused, hands-on breastfeeding support, answer your questions, and gauge your progress.
