Sharing Your Experience

We want to hear from you!

At Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital, we want you to have an ideal experience. We value your feedback because it allows us to improve and to recognize the staff members who provide the best possible experience and outcomes for you and your family.

The Office of Patient Experience

If you have a question or concern about your or your child’s hospital stay or admission, please reach out to The Office of Patient Experience. We always encourage you to first speak to someone on your care team if you have an issue or question. If you don’t receive an answer, the Patient Experience staff can help you. We can provide answers to your questions, give additional information, or assistance in solving the problem.
